How We Work

HEXA AI Agency is a small, senior team. There are no junior engineers learning on your project. Every engagement is staffed with people who have shipped production AI workflows for paying clients in finance, healthcare, retail, real estate, property management, and B2B services. We keep the team small on purpose — it's how we maintain quality and how we keep timelines short.

Most projects begin with a short discovery call. From that call we propose a single, tightly-scoped first build — usually something we can ship in two to four weeks that measurably reduces manual work. Once that first automation is live and earning its keep, we extend it: more workflows, more integrations, more agents. The point is to land a win early and then compound from there.

What We Care About

• Shipping something useful, fast. A four-week build that's in production beats a six-month build that never leaves staging.
• Audit trails over magic. Every automated decision is logged. You can always see what the AI did and why.
• Humans on the loop. Anything sensitive, ambiguous, or out-of-policy goes to a human before it goes out the door.
• Honest about fit. If automation isn't the right answer for what you're trying to solve, we'll tell you on the first call. Saying no early saves both sides time and money.
• Tools you already pay for. We build on top of HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zendesk, Gorgias, Klaviyo, Shopify, Supabase, Airtable, Notion, Slack, and whatever else is already in your stack. We don't make you migrate.

Where Our Bias Comes From

Most of the team has worked at the boundary between revenue operations, customer experience, and engineering. We've seen automations succeed when they were boring, well-instrumented, and tightly integrated — and we've seen them fail when they were too clever, too brittle, or detached from the workflow they were supposed to support. That experience shapes how we recommend, scope, and build. We aim for the boring, durable kind.

We're also long on the underlying models. Foundation models keep getting cheaper, faster, and better at structured work. The right architecture today is one that takes advantage of that curve — not one locked to a single vendor or a frozen prompt. The automations we ship are designed to be upgraded as the models around them improve.
