E-Commerce Order Intake & Client Communication Automation
A multi-branch Make.com automation for a custom product business that routes Elementor form submissions into Pipedrive, creates proof and archive folders in Google Drive, fetches product images from WordPress, and schedules personalized email and SMS follow-ups all without manual input.
Our Approach
>
The client was managing custom tote bag orders through a WordPress/Elementor form, then manually creating folders, sending confirmation emails, and assigning reps in Pipedrive. We analyzed the order lifecycle from form submission to proof delivery and rebuilt it as a fully automated pipeline with separate branches for different service types, each with its own rep assignment, folder structure, and communication sequence.
